Pastor Sergio Ramos serves as the director of Youngstown Master’s Commission and Student Ministries department of VCC. For over 10 years he’s worked with teenagers and young adults in several churches before moving back to Youngstown in January 2007. Except for VCC, his previous ministry positions were located in Southern California where he and his family are originally from. He has a passion for leadership and devotes his time to seeing young people walk in their destiny and reach their potential. He and his wife Sarah have been married for 5 years and live in Poland with their daughter Julia.

Chris Loncar joined the pastoral staff of Victory @ Coitsville in August of 2008 as the Assistant Director of Youngstown Master’s Commission and a youth pastor. He grew up at Victory and was always actively involved, leading evangelism teams and overseeing the 5th and 6th grade ministry. In 2005, he became a student in YMC. Upon graduating in 2007 he entered into an internship with YMC and also established the Jr. High ministry.

Chris has a background in many different artistic expressions and actively uses them to bring glory to God. His passion is to raise up a generation who will have undistracted devotion to God, while finding and releasing the creative callings within them for revival.

He presently resides in Boardman.
