Our students are mentored weekly by a diverse and experienced group of ministers from among the five-fold gifts.  We believe strongly in impartation and make room for the Holy Spirit to release revelation throughout or teaching environments.  Strength of YMC is the philosophy that providing a wide range of speakers with various backgrounds and experience provides a well rounded view of life and ministry.  Some are Pastors from VCC, some are ministers from area churches and many are traveling evangelists, prophets and apostles that are connected to VCC.   YMC also has the privilege to receive weekly impartation from Victory Christian Center's lead pastors David and Kathie. Our goal is to teach students how to be healthy leaders, pursue God's plan for their lives and those they lead, and to develop the ability to discern God's voice clearly.

Amazing speakers such as Marie Cartledge, Johannes Amritzer , John Kilpatrick , Jim White, Heidi Baker, Georgian Banov, and so many more come and impart their life and ministry experiences to YMC.
