YMC academics consist of online courses through Southeastern University. In the first year, students complete the courses necessary to become a certified minister with the Assemblies of God. After completing the second year, students complete the courses necessary to become a licensed minister.  These ministerial credentials are not given at YMC but through the Ohio District of the Assemblies of God. (Ohio District credentialing) Ordination through Next Level Leadership (NXL) network is also available to those who qualify.
