Because we believe strongly in mentorship and developing leaders, our students often work side by side with experienced pastors and leaders throughout their training.  We believe that the best form of teaching is caught, not taught therefore you will be given opportunities to minister alongside men and women who have something valuable to offer.

In your second year, this philosophy increases with ministry track.  This is a weekly 2 hour meeting with a pastor or leader experienced in the area of ministry that you desire to grow into and through these weekly meetings you will be mentored and developed.  With YMC’s approval, you can choose which pastor and ministry you can be mentored in.
